The Bald German has a 30-day return policy, where customers can return any defective or non working items.
Refunds will be for returned items, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be sent back to the original form of payment for qualifying items only.
Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses of returned items.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to the shipping of the order.
